Variety description

The flowers of the variety are double, with a diameter of 17 to 23 cm. The white petals are decorated with a pink-red border and shading; a more saturated red-crimson shade is often expressed in the center. From 2 to 6 flowers usually form on a strong peduncle 35–60 cm tall. The leaves are strap-shaped, leathery, and dark green.

The variety belongs to the early-flowering group, blooming 8–12 weeks after planting the bulb. It is used as a houseplant and is suitable for cutting and cultivation in open field in regions with a warm climate. The plant is prone to lodging of the peduncles due to their great length, and it may be affected by Stagonospora curtisii.
