The variety is used for breeding and research purposes, in particular for studying resistance to barley leaf spot caused by the fungus Ramularia collo-cygni. During field trials, the genotype demonstrated susceptibility to this disease.
In a number of studies examining drought tolerance, the variety stood out as being characterized by high yield stability under stress conditions. Detailed agronomic descriptions of the variety in public sources are limited to experimental data.
