The Antalya variety (also found under the name ES Antalya) belongs to the winter barley type. It is included in the official German descriptive variety lists (Beschreibende Sortenliste), where its performance indicators are presented in tabular data.
Within the framework of field trials, the variety was evaluated according to intensity scales adopted in the German variety testing system. Detailed agronomic characteristics, such as plant height, maturity dates, and grain quality indicators, are contained in specialized reports from the Federal Plant Variety Office (Bundessortenamt).
