The variety is the result of crossing Masto and Birgit. It belongs to the mid-early maturity group and possesses fairly good winter hardiness. The straw is characterized by medium or fairly good lodging resistance.
The variety exhibits weak or fairly weak susceptibility to powdery mildew, leaf blotch, and net blotch, while resistance to leaf rust is rated as medium. It possesses good baking quality of the grain.
It demonstrates high and very high yields on sandy and valley soils, very good on northern marine clay soils, and also fairly good or good on central marine clays and loess.
