The variety is a two-row barley intended for brewing, obtained by crossing lines GS0141 and GSO004. The plant has a very short stem height and is characterized by a late heading date.
The variety possesses pronounced resistance to powdery mildew, barley yellow mosaic, septoria, and ramularia, and also demonstrates good lodging resistance. Grain quality indicators include a protein content of 9–10%, a test weight of 72–76 kg/hl, and a thousand kernel weight of 38–40 g.
