The variety was obtained by the pedigree method by crossing lines H 259 and Fundulea 3-83; it was previously referred to in documentation under the name Liliana. It is a six-row winter barley adapted to conditions requiring late sowing.
The thousand kernel weight is 46–50 g. The variety is characterized by high lodging resistance and good tolerance to moisture deficit. It is used as material for grain quality analysis; suitability for brewing industry needs depends on growing conditions and the level of nitrogen fertilizer application.
