The spring barley variety Dar Nosivschyny belongs to the mid-season group with a growing period of 84–98 days. The plant is medium-tall, with a height of 70 to 85 cm.
The ear of the variety is two-rowed, pyramidal in shape, and of medium length. The awns are long and have strong anthocyanin coloration of the tips. The caryopsis is characterized by a very high thousand kernel weight.
The variety possesses resistance to lodging and drought, as well as increased resistance to spot blotch. The maximum yield reaches 8.42 t/ha. Recommended for cultivation in the Forest-Steppe and Polissya zones.
