The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the forms LG Belcanto and Medusa. The plant possesses a strong stem, which ensures high resistance to lodging and straw breakage.
The variety is distinguished by good health indicators, including resistance to barley rust and nematodes. Malting quality is rated as promising; the variety is undergoing testing within the framework of the Danish Preferred program.
