The variety belongs to the inerme variety; instead of awns, there are tooth-like outgrowths on the outer glumes. The plants are short-stalked, with a height of 60–62 cm.
The grain of the variety contains 12–13% protein and 1.10 mg/g of phenolic compounds in gallic acid equivalent. The yield of the crop exceeds 5 t/ha.
The absence of awns eliminates the risk of esophageal injury in farm animals when feeding straw and simplifies the process of mechanized grain threshing.
