The winter barley variety belongs to the early-maturing group in terms of heading time. The plants have a shortened straw and increased lodging resistance compared to standard samples.
The variety's grain is large; the average thousand kernel weight is about 50.2 g, with the first-class grain yield reaching 95%. The protein content in the grain is lower than in the compared standards. The technological indicators of malt solubility have specific features that distinguish the variety from other barleys bred by the institute.
