The variety was developed by specialists of the Breeding and Genetics Institute – National Center for Seed Science and Variety Testing (SGI-NCNST). The barley is entered into the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine.

Detailed agronomic and morphological characteristics of the variety are not presented in open publications. The variety is primarily used in scientific research on grain crop productivity and comparative trials.
