The tree is compact, low-growing, with a spreading crown and small thorns. The fruits are oblate in shape, weighing about 200 g, with a thin, easily separable skin of an intense orange color, which may become puffy if left on the tree for too long. Anthocyanin pigmentation may develop in the pulp during late ripening.

The variety is classified as mid-season; the harvest period lasts from late November to January. It is characterized by high yield with a tendency toward alternate bearing. The fruits hold well on the tree without a tendency to dry out, and the sterility of the hybrid prevents the appearance of seeds in the fruits of other citrus varieties when grown together.
