The variety was obtained by the method of gamma-radiation-induced bud mutation of Murcott tangor cuttings. The tree is characterized by an upright growth habit and is propagated by grafting onto a rootstock.
The fruits have an oblate shape and are comparable in size to the Murcott variety or slightly larger, reaching about 58 mm in length and 68 mm in diameter. The fruit peel is of high quality.
