Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a mandarin hybrid (tangor) obtained in 1984 by crossing the Imperial and Ellendale varieties. The plant is focused on producing juicy fruits for the fresh market.

The fruits have an oblate shape, a diameter of 57–65 mm, and a mass of 120–140 g. The rind is thin (2–3 mm), orange or orange-red in color, and separates easily from the flesh. The variety possesses high parthenocarpy, which allows for obtaining a practically seedless harvest even in mixed plantings. The fruits are characterized by the ability to detach from the branch without the use of pruners.
