The variety is a hybrid of Mongolian cherry and sour cherry. The plant forms a spreading shrub reaching a height of 1.5–2.0 meters.
The fruits have an elongated heart shape and a weight from 4.6 to 6.1 g. The skin color is bright or dark red, the flesh is soft, and the taste is moderately sweet. The variety belongs to the mid-late ripening category; fruits are ready for harvest in early or mid-August.
The variety has high resistance to frosts, withstanding temperature drops down to –40°C. It is self-fertile and high-yielding. Suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and container cultivation.
