Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of southern highbush blueberry. Parent forms M09-48-01 and M08-34-01 (or M08-38-01) were used in the breeding process. The variety is known under the commercial name ECHO™.
The berries, weighing 2–3 grams, have a sweet taste with a sugar content of 14–17 °Brix. The fruits have very firm flesh with a characteristic crunch when consumed. The variety is suitable for both manual and machine harvesting and is suitable for fresh market sale, export, and processing.
