The plant is a vigorously growing shrub intended for small gardens. The leaves are oval-shaped and dark green in color. The inflorescences consist of inconspicuous central fertile flowers and more decorative sterile marginal flowers with four petals.

The variety prefers partial shade and requires regular watering due to sensitivity to moisture deficiency. Given that it blooms on current-year shoots, short spring pruning is recommended to stimulate growth. The plant is fully winter-hardy and does not require covering.
