Variety description

The variety is a deciduous shrub with an upright, spreading form, reaching a height and width of about 90 cm. The plant has dark green foliage and globular inflorescences of a purple-pink or magenta-pink shade. Sterile flowers consist of 5–6 sepals.

Flowering occurs on current-year shoots, which ensures the reliability of flower bud formation even after harsh winters. The stems are characterized by moderate resistance, sufficient to support the inflorescences. The plant is winter hardy down to -34°C, moisture-loving, and prone to rapid wilting of leaves under moisture deficiency.
