The variety is part of a collection bred in Japan and was introduced in the USA as part of the «Halo Hydrangeas» trademark. The plant is characterized by a compact bush size, reaching approximately 90 cm in height and width.

The flowers of the variety have a characteristic bicolor coloration, known as «picotee», in which a light border edges the petal margin against a darker center. Detailed agrotechnical reports for this variety are absent in open sources.
