Variety description

Deciduous shrub reaches a height of 1.2–1.5 m with a width of 1.5–1.8 m. It has large dark green foliage of broad-ovate or elliptical shape with serrated edges. The plant possesses strong shoots that support heavy mophead-type inflorescences.

Flower coloration varies from pinkish-purple to cobalt blue depending on soil acidity and aluminum content. Flowering continues from June to October. The variety is remontant; winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 6–9.

Used in single and group plantings, for creating hedges and borders, and is also suitable for container cultivation and cut flower use.
