The plant has dark green foliage and forms mophead-type inflorescences. The flower color varies from pink to blue depending on the soil acidity level, with a characteristic feature being the presence of a white margin along the edge of the petals.

The variety possesses increased winter hardiness compared to many other varieties of the species and is adapted to USDA zone 5 conditions. It is used in landscape design for creating borders and container gardening.
