The variety is part of the "Frau" (Halo Hydrangeas) series, created by Japanese breeder Hiroshi Ebihara between 1985 and 2001. Plants of this series are distinguished by large inflorescences resembling snowballs.

A distinctive visual feature of this variety is the bicolored petal coloration with a contrasting border, characteristic of the picotee effect. The variety is intended for ornamental gardening. Detailed agronomic indicators are absent in open publications.
