Variety description

The variety is a compact, dense shrub 80–120 cm in height and 80–100 cm in width. The plant has ovate, medium-green leaves with a serrated margin. It is a mutation of the variety Dr. Bernard Steiniger.

The spherical inflorescences, 15–20 cm in diameter, bloom from July to October. The petal coloration is dynamic: it begins with a lime-green hue, changes to pink-red tones, and by the end of the season, the inflorescences acquire an 'antique' green color. There is no fragrance.

The plant is frost-hardy down to -15°C, prefers partial shade, and moist, humus-rich acidic or slightly acidic soils. It is used in group and solitary plantings, as well as for cut flowers and as dried flowers.
