The variety is used in gardening and professional floriculture as a source of cut products. Studies show that the lifespan of cut inflorescences depends on their developmental stage: flowers harvested in the maturity phase ("antique") remain fresh for an average of 9.8 days, which is significantly longer than when cut in the fresh flowering phase.
