The plant's inflorescences are large and showy. In alkaline soil, the flowers have a creamy-white base tone with a pink border; in acidic soil, the border turns purple. At the beginning of flowering, a characteristic greenish tint is present in the center of the flower. The height of a mature plant after 10 years reaches 125 cm; the leaves are broadly ovate.

The variety flowers from July to September. The plant is winter-hardy and suitable for landscape design in urban gardens, courtyard arrangements, and container cultivation. The variety prefers moist, well-drained soils and partial shade.
