The plant is a compact shrub 60–90 cm tall with dark green glossy foliage with serrated margins. Inflorescences are distinguished by a layered rose-like texture due to the strongly wavy margins of the sepals.

The variety is remontant, blooming on old and new shoots from late spring to autumn. Winter hardiness corresponds to zones 5–9. Suitable for container growing, use in borders, and patio decoration.
