Variety description

The compact, densely foliated shrub reaches a height of 1–1.5 m. The leaves are dense, elliptical, with pronounced serration, bright or dark green in color, and glossy. In autumn, the foliage may acquire reddish or apricot shades.

The inflorescences are spherical, large, with a diameter of 20–25 cm. When opening, the buds have a beige or apple-green center with pink edges, later becoming deep pink. On acidic soils, the color changes to bright blue or lilac.

Flowering occurs on the previous year's shoots from July to August, sometimes until frost. The bush is strong, resistant to lodging and diseases. The variety requires winter cover to preserve flower buds; spring pruning should be minimal.
