Variety description

The plant is a compact deciduous shrub with upright shoots and dense dark green foliage with serrated edges. The height of the bush is usually up to 1 meter, however, when grown in containers it can be limited to 0.4–0.6 m.

The inflorescences are spherical, large, with a diameter of 12 to 22 cm. The color of the flowers varies from pink to lavender-blue and bright blue depending on the soil acidity level and the presence of aluminum ions. The flowering period lasts from July to September or October.

The variety blooms on the previous year's shoots, therefore it requires covering for the winter to preserve flower buds. It possesses high immunity to powdery mildew and is characterized as drought-tolerant. Used for single and group plantings, creating borders, container cultivation, and cutting.
