Variety description

A distinctive feature of the variety is the strong black stems, contrasting with dark green serrated foliage. The plant forms globular inflorescences, the petals of which may have white accents. The height of an adult shrub is 90 to 150 cm with a comparable width.

The variety blooms from the beginning to the end of summer and has winter hardiness up to USDA zone 5. The plant prefers locations ranging from full sun to partial shade and requires good moisture. It is used in landscape design for creating borders, mass plantings, and container cultivation.
