Variety description

The variety is a deciduous bushy shrub with dark green coarsely serrated foliage. Inflorescences are of the mophead type. Flower color is pink with a creamy-white center, capable of changing to blue depending on soil composition and the presence of aluminum.

The plant belongs to the Dutch Ladies series and is known under the commercial name Sharona. Flowering occurs from April to September; it is used primarily as a garden plant.
