The inflorescences consist of double flowers, the color of which varies from pink and white to mixed tones. The flowering process often begins with green shades, which gradually change to white, and then to a pale pink color.

The plant is a shrub reaching a height of about 150 cm at ten years of age. Flowering occurs in the period from June to July. The variety is classified as winter-hardy and is used in ornamental gardening.

In professional collections, the variety is sometimes mentioned as a synonym for or close to the Sekkayae variety (also known as Domotoi or Sekka Yae). The variety has Japanese roots and is more common in specialized nurseries.
