The deciduous shrub reaches a height of 100–120 cm in open field and 40–60 cm when grown in containers. The previous year's shoots are woody, current year's shoots have a herbaceous structure. Thanks to sturdy shoots, the bush does not require mandatory staking.

Inflorescences are flat, 20–30 cm in diameter, consisting of central fertile and marginal sterile flowers. The color of the flowers is lilac-pink or soft pink, changing to blue when soil acidity changes. Flowering occurs on the ends of the previous year's shoots from June to August–September.

The variety belongs to USDA hardiness zone 6, withstanding temperature drops down to -23°C, and requires covering in regions with severe winters. It is characterized by resistance to diseases, including powdery mildew, and requires quality agrotechnics to maintain its ornamental value.
