The shrub is characterized by a dense, mound-like growth habit. The height and width of the mature plant are approximately 30–46 cm. The foliage is small, bright yellow, and may acquire a lime hue inside the crown.

The plant is suitable for cultivation in USDA hardiness zones 6–8. The variety shows high resistance to leaf spot, powdery mildew, and leaf scorch. It prefers acidic, well-drained moist soils and sites ranging from full sun to partial shade, requiring almost no pruning.
