The plant is an evergreen shrub with a dense, upright growth habit, reaching 1–1.5 m in height and up to 0.5–1 m in width. The variety has a slow growth rate and a compact habit. The leaves are dark green with characteristic yellow spots, with some leaves potentially being completely yellow. The overall shape of the bush and leaves is similar to boxwood.
Flowering begins in May. The plant forms decorative berry-like fruits that remain on the branches for a long time. The variety is frost-resistant, prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with loose, permeable soil. It is used in landscape design as a solitary plant, for creating hedges and borders.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
