Variety description

The variety is a densely branched shrub, reaching 4 meters in height and 3 meters in width when grown freely. The leaves are broad-ovate or rounded in shape and up to 2 cm in size. Flowering occurs in May–June with creamy-white flowers; rounded black fruits may appear on female specimens in the autumn.

The plant is shade-tolerant, tolerates urban conditions, and is winter-hardy. It prefers fertile, drained, moderately moist soils with an acidic reaction. The crop is sensitive to strong winds in the winter period, as well as to excessive waterlogging or drought. Propagated by cuttings.
