The plant has dark green foliage, which turns copper-gold in autumn. The variety is female, so a male pollinator plant is required for fruit set, with a recommended ratio of one male plant per ten female plants.
Prefers moist, acidic, organically rich soils; possesses winter hardiness in USDA zones 4–9. The shrub is used in ornamental gardening and the floral industry, as cut branches retain their attractive appearance in vases for a long time.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
