Variety description

The variety has a trailing growth habit, which allows it to be used in landscape design and hanging baskets. The deep purple leaves with reddish veins have a characteristic lobed shape, reminiscent of a maple leaf.
The plant is a dual-purpose crop: both the tubers and young leaves, which taste like spinach, are edible. The tuber maturation period is about 5 months. The variety is heat-loving, requires a sunny location, and does not tolerate temperatures below 10 °C.
