Sweet potato variety «Nono» is included in the national list of varieties of Slovenia. Its study was carried out by specialists of the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana as part of the genetic differentiation of sweet potato varieties and the investigation of the influence of growing conditions.

Detailed agronomic characteristics of the variety, such as maturity group, plant height, yield, and disease resistance, are not described in open publications.
