The variety belongs to the protandrous category: male flowers bloom on average three days earlier than female flowers. Fruit maturity occurs in the second or third ten-day period of September.

The fruits possess high biochemical value, including an increased moisture content of up to 3.75% and an ash content of approximately 2.43%. The trees are used in orchards to produce fruit suitable for fresh consumption and oil processing, and also act as pollinators for other varieties.
