The Snowflake variety is characterized by white double-type flowers. The plant possesses fleshy glossy leaves with crenate or serrated edges, typical for this species. The typical height of the bush is from 20 to 30 centimeters.

The plant is a pot crop sensitive to day length. To stimulate bud formation in the winter-spring period, approximately 14 hours of darkness per day are required for 6–8 weeks. The variety is not prone to fungal diseases provided it is planted in well-drained soil and watered moderately, as excessive moisture is the primary cause of plant quality deterioration.
