The variety forms heads with bright green slightly blistered outer leaves, tightly packed leaf ribs, and a yellow heart. The lower part of the head is well-closed. The plant has high resistance to tipburn and bolting.
The variety has high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (races 29–37, 39–41EU), Fusarium wilt (Fol: 1), and lettuce root aphid (Nr: 0). It also has intermediate resistance (IR) to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV: 1). The variety is adapted for obtaining a stable yield, especially in Mediterranean conditions.
