The variety forms dense, medium to large-sized heads with good leaf structure. It is distinguished by a slow maturation process and a long standing period in the field, maintaining marketable qualities after reaching maturity.
It possesses high resistance to tip burn, downy mildew (Bl: 29–37, 39–41EU), currant-lettuce aphid (Nr: 0), and Pb, as well as intermediate resistance to Fusarium wilt (Fol: 4) and tolerance to root aphid. The variety is intended for cultivation in open field conditions for the fresh market.
