The variety is mid-season, with a maturation period of 60–70 days. Plants form erect, large rosettes 20–30 cm in height with a loose head. Leaves are dark green with a "mint" tint, strongly ruffled at the edges; the inner part of the head has a light green or white color.
The plant has a sweet taste and low tendency to accumulate bitterness under summer heat conditions. The variety is resistant to bolting, however, in extreme heat, it requires regular watering and protection from direct sunlight to prevent leaf tip burn.
