The variety forms a medium-sized rosette with leaves that have strong blistering, moderate gloss, and slightly serrated, strongly wavy edges. The plant is characterized by a rounded base and a pronounced raised midrib. The seeds are black.
The variety possesses resistance to downy mildew (races Bl: 17–28, 30–32 EU, Ca-I–VIII), lettuce aphid, root aphid, and lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1). Intermediate resistance to Fusarium wilt (races Fol:1, Fol:2) is also noted. The plant is vigorous and intended for the production of marketable products for the fresh market.
