The variety belongs to the Iceberg type and is characterized as a cold-tolerant plant intended for production in mid-winter. Optimal planting periods fall in autumn and winter, which allows the variety to be used in the cold season extending to early spring.
The plant forms medium and large-sized heads that possess high uniformity. The variety has high resistance to downy mildew Bremia lactucae (races Bl:29–36, 38–41EU and 7–10US).
The crop is suitable for cultivation in open fields, film greenhouses, and hydroponics. Recommended planting density is from 55,000 to 85,000 plants per hectare. The produce is intended for sale on the fresh market and pre-packaging.
