The plant's appearance is characterized by a light leaf color with a red margin. The variety is included in the EU Common Catalogue of Varieties of Vegetable Species and is used in breeding programs for the conservation of genetic resources, where its morphological and phenological parameters are studied according to UPOV descriptors.
