The plant forms large heads with a height of 25 to 35 cm. The leaves are broad, elongated, spoon-shaped with a pronounced central vein and a rough or wrinkled surface. The leaf texture is crisp; the color of the outer leaves is dark green or bright green. The seeds are black.
The variety has good resistance to premature bolting. Recommended for obtaining marketable produce in mild climates during the winter and spring seasons; suitable for fresh consumption.
