The plant belongs to the open batavia type and is distinguished by vigorous development. The variety's leaves have a soft, blistered surface. The ability to form a high-quality head is most pronounced when cultivated in cool conditions.

The variety possesses genetic resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae), covering races Bl: 1–16, 19 and 21. Recommended for harvesting during periods with low temperatures.
