The Anouk Deluxe variety series belongs to the species Lavandula stoechas (Spanish lavender). The plant is a compact shrub, the height of which usually varies from 30 to 60 cm, in some cases reaching 100 cm.

The plant is distinguished by silvery-green foliage and large inflorescences that have distinct "wings" at the top. The flowering period is long, lasting from mid-spring to the end of summer, with possible re-flowering in the autumn.

Varieties of this group are intended for ornamental use. The crop is suitable for cultivation in containers, pots, and in open field in regions with a warm climate.
