The plant reaches 35–46 cm in height and 30–35 cm in width. The variety forms upright peduncles and is distinguished by abundant flowering in the period from early spring to autumn.

Prefers full sun and well-drained soils. Has hardiness zones 6a–9b and is sensitive to waterlogging, which provokes fungal diseases. Used for cultivation in containers and landscape compositions.
